Frequently Asked Questions

We appreciate your trust in allowing us to care for your home! Below you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions along with our answers.

  • If I order recurring cleaning, will the same cleaner come to my home every time?

    We make every effort to send the same cleaner for recurring services. However, if your usual cleaner is sick or on vacation, we’ll send another professionally trained team member to ensure there’s no interruption in service. We never cancel or skip appointments if your designated cleaner is unavailable.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes, both our company and our cleaners are fully insured, so you can rest easy! While we strive to avoid any unexpected issues, if any damage is caused by our team, it will be covered by our insurance or by us directly.

  • I have allergies. Can I request unscented cleaning products?

    We typically use safe and reliable cleaning products. However, if you have allergies or are sensitive to certain scents, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to choose products that suit your needs!

  • I have large dogs at home. Will that be a problem?

    We love pets! If you have large dogs, please secure them in a designated area or separate room during the cleaning so they won’t interfere with our work. Also, let us know in advance about any pets, so we can send a team member who is comfortable working around animals.

  • What should I do if I notice any areas that were missed after the cleaner has left?

    We always strive to deliver excellent service, but sometimes small details can be overlooked. If you notice any missed spots, please call or message us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right for free.

  • What’s the Difference Between Deep Cleaning and Regular Cleaning? Why Is Deep Cleaning More Expensive?

    Deep cleaning takes more time and effort because it targets areas with significant buildup of dirt and grime. For example:

    • baseboards covered in grease or stains;
    • kitchen cabinet doors with food residue;
    • heavy dust accumulation on furniture, ceiling fans, and light fixtures.

    In addition, deep cleaning includes extra services that regular cleaning does not, such as:

    • cleaning inside the refrigerator;
    • vacuuming upholstered furniture;
    • cleaning under furniture (if movable or accessible with a vacuum/mop);
    • wiping down ceiling fans.
  • How Can I Get the Most Accurate Price Estimate for Deep Cleaning?

    In most cases, the final price is determined after an in-person inspection by our cleaner. However, to receive the most accurate estimate upfront, please fill out our online quote form, providing:

    • A realistic assessment of your home’s condition.
    • Any additional services you’d like.
    • Special requests or concerns.

    The more details you provide, the faster and more precise we can calculate your cost.

  • Can I Request Deep Cleaning for Just My Kitchen or Bathroom?

    Yes! If you only need a deep clean for certain areas while the rest of the home requires just regular maintenance cleaning, here’s what to do:

    1. Select regular cleaning on the estimate form.
    2. In the “Additional Services & Requests” section, specify which rooms need deep cleaning.
    3. In the “Condition Assessment” section, provide a rating for the dirtiest areas of your home.

    We will provide you with a customized price estimate based on your specific needs!
