How We Price Our Cleaning Services
At White Sheep Cleaning, we offer flat-rate pricing for our cleaning services. This means you’ll pay a set price regardless of whether the job takes more or less time than expected — no surprise charges, and no discounts for quicker work.
Our rates are based on the number of bathrooms, kitchens, and sleeping/living rooms that need to be cleaned, as well as the overall condition and level of buildup in the home. We do not charge extra for pets, but please note: if there’s an excessive amount of pet hair, it may affect the overall cleanliness of the space and could influence the final price.
Payment is due after the service is completed. Before we arrive, we provide an initial quote based solely on the details you share with us. However, if the actual condition of the home differs significantly from the description provided, we reserve the right to adjust the price before cleaning begins, after a walkthrough of the property.
If you request any additional services during the cleaning, these will be charged separately and added to your original quote.
