Pricing for office cleaning

To provide an accurate estimate, we offer a free on-site walkthrough by our manager. Pricing depends on the size of the space, level of cleaning needed, and frequency of service. On average, we charge $0.05 to $0.10 per square foot.

We are committed to long-term partnerships. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning of any area, we’ll re-clean it free of charge. At your request, we can also assign a different cleaner.

Our company is fully insured and works under official agreements (contracts available upon request). We also provide a W-9 form for 1099 reporting at the end of the year.
