What is regular cleaning
Our recurring cleaning service includes:
- Initial cleaning (just once, more thorough cleaning to bring your home up to a level where it can be maintained during the recurring cleaning appointments). The initial cleaning usually takes longer because we conduct a thorough home inspection. Additionally, our cleaners perform extra work during the first visit, so the cost is a bit higher compared to later maintenance cleanings. In some cases, the first cleaning may be billed at an hourly rate if the home requires a deep clean and the scope of work is hard to estimate in advance. In such cases, the price is $47 per cleaner per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours for one cleaner or 1.5 hours for two cleaners.
- After that, we schedule a maintenance cleaning to keep your house clean. It takes less time and the price is lower. You can choose how often you’d like these cleanings: every week, bi-weekly, or every three to four weeks. It all depends on how fast your home gets messy, which is influenced by the number of people living there and whether you have pets or children. Plus, the more frequently you schedule cleanings, the bigger the discount on recurring services.
We provide all equipment and supplies. If you have any preferences regarding what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do our best to work with your requests.
These 7 tasks are already included in our recurring service — while most other companies charge extra for them
- Cleaning laundry room (we dust all shelves, wipe down appliances, clean the sink, vacuum and mop the floors)
- Wiping small kitchen appliances outside
- Dusting ceiling fans (on a rotation basis)
- Dusting reachable vents (on a rotation basis)
- Removing reachable cobwebs
- Dusting and wiping spots on baseboards
- Wiping light switches (on a rotation basis)
What services are included in our regular cleaning?
All around the house at every cleaning:
- Glass surfaces and mirrors wiped down
- Cobwebs removed
- Window sills wiped down, blinds or mini-blinds dusted
- Wastebaskets emptied, bags replaced (as requested)
- Trash cans wiped down
- Hard floors/rugs vacuumed, hard floors mopped
All around the house on a rotation basis (Initial cleaning includes all these tasks):
- Spots on doors and door frames cleaned and wiped
- Baseboards wiped down
- Doorknobs and switch plates wiped down
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans dusted
Bathrooms
- Countertops wiped down
- Sink, faucets and drains scrubbed, sanitized and wiped down
- Bathtubs and showers wiped down and sanitized.
- Tiles inside the shower or/and above the bathtub wiped down
- Backsplashes wiped down
- Mildew and mold removed, treated, scrubbed
- Toilets disinfected, scrubbed and wiped down
- Towels neatly hung, folded
- Soap dishes, towel bars, toothbrush charger wiped down
- Fronts of cabinets and handles wiped down or dusted
Living, Sleeping areas
- Furniture tops, sides and fronts, exposed shelves dusted or wiped down
- TV and other monitors dusted
- Pictures frames dusted
- Stairs and accessible closet floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Tidy Surfaces (light organization)
- Beds made
- Linens changed for 1 bed (if required, fresh bedding must be left out on the bed)
- All readily accessible floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Kitchen
- Countertops wiped down
- Fronts of cabinets and handles wiped down or dusted
- Backsplashes wiped down
- Tables and chairs wiped down
- Sink, faucets and drains scrubbed, sanitized and wiped down
- Outside of range hood wiped down
- Drip pans, cooktop surfaces scrubbed, wiped down
- Fronts of all appliances (major and small) wiped down
- Stainless steel polished
- Microwave wiped down interior and exterior
- Coffee maker drip tray washed
After each cleaning, our team member provides a detailed checklist of the work completed, so you can easily verify the quality.

If I order recurring cleaning, will the same cleaner come to my home every time?
We make every effort to send the same cleaner for recurring services. However, if your usual cleaner is sick or on vacation, we’ll send another professionally trained team member to ensure there’s no interruption in service. We never cancel or skip appointments if your designated cleaner is unavailable.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, both our company and our cleaners are fully insured, so you can rest easy! While we strive to avoid any unexpected issues, if any damage is caused by our team, it will be covered by our insurance or by us directly.

I have allergies. Can I request unscented cleaning products?
We typically use safe and reliable cleaning products. However, if you have allergies or are sensitive to certain scents, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to choose products that suit your needs!

I have large dogs at home. Will that be a problem?
We love pets! If you have large dogs, please secure them in a designated area or separate room during the cleaning so they won’t interfere with our work. Also, let us know in advance about any pets, so we can send a team member who is comfortable working around animals.
We don’t charge any extra fees if you have pets.

What should I do if I notice any areas that were missed after the cleaner has left?
We always strive to deliver excellent service, but sometimes small details can be overlooked. If you notice any missed spots, please call or message us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right for free.
